Organizational Setting and Reporting
The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) is the UN headquarters in Africa and the representative office of the Secretary-General. We support programme implementation of the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and the UN Human Settlements Programme (UNHABITAT) globally, as well as other UN offices in Kenya, by providing administrative, conference and information services (www.unon.org). The post is located in the Office of the Director-General, United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), Department of Safety and Security Services.
Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Security Lieutenant the incumbent will perform the following functions: 1.Provide leadership to the Team by:
  • Planning assignments for the team members during particular scheduled shifts;
  • Give daily work instructions to the members of the team;
  • Ensure team members are provided with uniforms, communications equipment and other kits for duty;
  • Monitor posts to ensure that they are effectively manned and that duties are properly executed.
2. Enforce safety and security in the UN Complex:
  • Ensure that security and safety rules and procedures are strictly adhered to;
  • Supervise control room duties and ensure that the electronic surveillance equipment is properly monitored and discuss reports of initial investigation with the Investigator.
3. Co-ordinate activities of the team through the Lieutenant and Inspector to the Assistant and Deputy Chiefs of the Security and Safety section by making daily reports on events, periodical reports on all investigated cases, make recommendations on improvement of work.
4. Ensure that security equipment and vehicles are in good working order, supervise operations in the event of accidents independently and in cooperation with other rescue services, such as, the Nairobi City Council Fire Brigade and prepare reports after incidents;
  • Inspect mail and deliveries entering the UN premises;
  • Keep 'bomb alert' plans and instructions up to date, conduct searches for suspicious items. Conduct preventive searches in cooperation with the specialized services;
  • Liaise with the host country's de-mining services.
5. Respond to requests for assistance requiring first aid and general questions concerning the security and safety of the UN Complex.
6. Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Background
The situation in Somalia remains fragile with continued political instability, climatic variability, and lack of basic social services. OCHA's role is to coordinate effective and principled inter-agency humanitarian response and ensure that relief assistance reaches the people who need it in a timely manner.
In line with OCHA's global mission, OCHA Somalia continues to
  • Advocate for access to basic services, especially water, sanitation, education and health for vulnerable communities, including the collection, analysis and dissemination of information to humanitarian partners, and negotiation of access;
  • Support the government efforts and humanitarian organizations in relocation of internally displaced and return;
  • Coordinate the implementation of humanitarian response in Somalia with UN agencies and programmes, national and international NGOs and local authorities/communities as appropriate, with focus on strengthening the cluster approach;
  • Enhance a protective environment that respects the human rights of all, including IDPs, returnees and minority clans analysis and dissemination of information to humanitarian partners, and negotiation of access.
OCHA on behalf of the Humanitarian Coordinator produces period press releases issued to inform the general public and for advocacy purposes. Besides this, the office also produces other briefing materials especially during the Consolidated Appeal launch that require the services of a Turkish Translator.
Duties and Responsibilities
The contractor will
  • Translate and proof-read documents and reports on a variety of subjects. All text, including text contained in figures, boxes, tables, photo captions, sources and covers requires translation and proof reading. Proofreading and editing will be done primarily using Adobe Acrobat 6. Proofreading and editing of MS Word documents will make use of track changes;
  • When required, translate into Turkish OCHA external documents such as: press releases, media advisories, editorials, public statements of the Humanitarian Coordinator, Emergency Relief Coordinator or other humanitarian officials, speeches, talking points, and any other public. The translated document has to be delivered in MS Word, PowerPoint or Excel files as required;
  • Perform terminology research (i.e. on UN/OCHA style guide/UNTerm websites and others) to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all translations;
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of the entire document before submitting.
Monitoring and Progress controls
Under the direct supervision of the requesting Unit Manager, the consultant will submit progress reports depending on the duration and agreement on that particular assignment. The work of the translator is evaluated every time they submit their work for quality control purposes.
Final product/Deliverables
  • Deliver translated text in MS Word, PowerPoint or Excel files, as required. The anticipated press releases for translation will be approximately 700words, other documents for translation will vary from time to time;
  • Translated text, including text contained in figures, boxes, tables, photo captions, sources and covers.
Review/approval time
Each assignment will be reviewed upon completion before undertaking a fresh assignment. The translated material to be submitted to the Head, Public Information Unit for approval and certification.

This is a non-staff contract under the Individual Contractor (IC) modality of hiring of the UNDP. At UN-Habitat, Gender Equality is viewed as a crosscutting issue among other issues like human rights, youth and climate change. A Policy and Plan for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women for 2014-19 guides the work of UN-Habitat on these issues lead by the Gender Equality Unit. A team of gender focal points has also been established in every branch and region to enhance the implementation of the gender equality work in their respective areas. In addition, an Advisory Group on Gender Issues (AGGI) was also established in 2011 to advice the Executive Director on issues relating to gender equality. The UN-HABITAT Gender Equality Unit internship is for 6 months.
The Internship is UNPAID and full-time.
Interns work five days per week (35 hours) under the supervision of a staff member in the department or office to which they are assigned.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities will depend on the individual's background and the needs of the unit.
The selected intern is expected to undertake the following tasks under the direct supervision of the Unit Leader, Gender Equality Unit:
  • Support production of gender publications, reports and other publicity material;
  • Work closely with gender focal points to support the monitoring of the Gender Policy and Plan for gender equality and women's empowerment and the Gender Equality Action Plan' by UN-Habitat divisions and programmes;
  • Review project documents and other corporate documents with a gender 'lens' to ensure gender issues have been incorporated;
  • Support work on the economic empowerment of women;
  • Assist with populating the gender repository with relevant documents and publications;
  • Draft speaking notes for gender events and other correspondence, as may be necessary;
  • Provide support for the Advisory Group on Gender Issues (AGGI) meetings (physical and online) ensuring that online meetings are set up on time and connections are well established, and that all preparations for the physical meetings are done on time;
  • Support with general tasks for the Programme Division when required;

The main focus of HSUB relates to the Habitat Agenda goal of 'Adequate Shelter for All', and Subprogramme 5 'Housing and Slum Upgrading' of the Strategic Framework 2014-2019. The Branch works normatively as well as provides technical advice and operational support to improve access to shelter for the world's poor and other vulnerable groups, particularly in developing countries and countries in transition.
The Housing and Slum Upgrading Branch has two Units: Housing and Slum Upgrading, which are handling in a cross-cutting manner the following programmatic areas: (i) housing policy including housing delivery systems, (ii) housing rights, (iii) slum upgrading and slum prevention, (iv) sustainable building materials and construction technologies, (v) community development, (vi) housing finance, as well as, (vii) housing and vulnerable groups.
The UN-HABITAT Housing and Slum Upgrading Branch internship is for 6 months.
The Internship is UNPAID and full-time.
Interns work five days per week (35 hours) under the supervision of a staff member in the department or office to which they are assigned.
Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Unit Leader for Slum Upgrading and in cooperation with the PSUP Team, the intern is expected to accomplish the following listed duties
Research
  • Support research on on-going country activities in ACP countries, and produce reports, country data fact sheets and concept notes
  • Support the Slum Upgrading Unit in data analysis (identifying relevant data sources for slum upgrading and prevention, data analysis and presentation)
  • Support the PSUP in documentation partnership agreements and other communication or information documents to participating countries
  • Support the organization of PUSP events (workshops, international conferences, exhibitions and roundtables)
Project support
  • Assist the Slum Upgrading Unit in the development of project proposals
  • Assist the Slum Upgrading Unit in resource mobilisation, through identification of funding sources, research and project reviews Visibility and documentation
  • Support the Participatory Slum Upgrading Programme by assisting in compiling reports

Purpose of the Position
The purpose of this position is to provide a dedicated resource for the overall coordination of a common and systematic approach to identification, design, and monitoring of interventions to address SRGBV within education plans in the participating countries. These are Togo, Cote d'Ivoire, Ethiopia and Zambia. The post will be located in the Eastern and Southern Africa Regional Office to facilitate coordination and support to the four participating countries.
Locating the post in ESARO will contribute to the greater strengthening of the ESARO-NYHQ Compact. Since the post will be located in the ESA regional office it will facilitate direct support to the four African countries participating in the initiative and enhance greater cross-sectoral collaboration on SRGBV at both regional and country levels. All four countries will participate in this three-year initiative to integrate best practice approaches to tackle SRGBV in Education Sector Plans and implementation.
Under the guidance of the Senior Education Advisor as the primary reporting officer and also working closely with the Regional Education Advisor ESARO, as the second reporting officer, the Education Specialist will coordinate the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the SRGBV initiative so as to ensure delivery of the key expected results as agreed with the Global Partnership on Education - GPE.
Key Expected Results
Coordinate and Support the Knowledge and Evidence Management
Coordinating and supporting the delivery of activities in the Global and Regional Activities (GRA) Results Matrix. Work with country offices and the regional offices (WCARO, ESARO) to deliver Outcome No. 1: project countries are knowledgeable about the nature and incidence of SRGBV in schools; and the use of evidence based policies and strategies to address SRGBV.
End Result(s)
  • Increased number of countries in ESAR and WCAR with an available national evidence base on effective strategies to address SRGBV;
  • Increase the capacity of the Local Education Groups in the four countries to systematically address SRGBV and safe schools as part of the monitoring and development of education sector plans.
Support Institutional and Technical Capacity
  • Support the four country offices and the two regional offices (WCARO, ESARO) to deliver Outcome No. 2: partners in project countries have increased capacity to design, implement and monitor SRGBV interventions and based on global best practice and country level learning, by coordinating and supporting delivery of activities in the GRA Results Matrix (see Annex).
  • Manage the project budget successfully and report on annual budgets and personal travel budget to UNICEF and GPE.
End Result(s)
  • Local interventions identified, supported, implemented and monitored systematically to establish good practice;
  • Schools, teachers and children being reached by interventions;
  • Communities of learning established in target intervention areas to facilitate peer to peer learning on gender dynamics, violence and education.

Project Management
  • Work with relevant HQ level partners (including but not limited to Senior Advisor, Girls Education Results Manager, Education Specialist Global Partnership for Education, UNGEI, Child Protection), country programs and the regional offices (WCARO, ESARO) to deliver Outcome No. 3: Global and regional actors actively engage with the issue of SRGBV to improve multi-level and multi-sectoral action against SRGBV

Support the Gender and Education related work of the ESARO education section
  • Under the guidance of the Regional Education Adviser (the secondary reporting officer) support the work of the education section on gender and UNGEI through the provision of high quality briefings;
  • representing UNICEF at relevant internal and external meetings on SRGBV;
  • providing inputs into the work of others on relevant issues, and ensuring priority messages on gender and education are effectively and consistently communicated.
End Result
  • Contribute to the delivery of ESARO gender and education priorities.
Qualifications of Successful Candidate
  • Advanced degree in education, social sciences or related technical field.
  • Five or more years of solid professional work experience at the national and international levels in education, programme management, monitoring and evaluation. Familiarity with school-related gender based violence, education sector planning, analysis, monitoring and evaluation and familiarity with GPE is of particular advantage.
  • Fluent in English and in another UN language, preferably French

Purpose of the Position
Under the general supervision of the Chief of Operations, the incumbent of this post will manage the administrative, financial and accounting functions of the country office. As the manager and functional expert of administration, finance and accounts in a large country office, the incumbent will be accountable for provision of managerial leadership and policy guidance for achievement of effective financial and administrative management and staff capacity development ensuring that the office's administrative operations and services as well as management of funds and accounts are in compliance with the organization's policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Key Expected Results
  1. Responsible for timely and cost-effective provision of basic office services including space management (offices and guesthouses), equipment, communications, travel and transport, conference, document reproduction, mail and delivery, local procurement and bill payments of utilities and admin services. Negotiate and oversee matters relating to office premises, utilities and services with vendors and agencies. Ensure continuous improvement in administrative support and office services for enhanced quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  2. Responsible for appropriate, accurate and timely processing and recording of expenditures and disbursements (e.g. rental payments, trips, pension fund, insurance, direct cash transfers etc) in VISION system, in accordance with established rules and regulations. Also ensure adequate monitoring and recovery of advances and accounts receivable, and timely clearing of GL accounts as necessary.
  3. Oversee administrative and financial management support and services to zone offices and sub-offices including management of guesthouses and guesthouse budget. Monitor and evaluate systems, procedures and ensure compliance with rules and regulations at the CO and in zone offices and sub-offices and make appropriate recommendations.
  4. Advise and update staff on administrative policies, procedures, rules and regulations, providing authoritative advice and administrative support. Decide on the appropriate application and interpretation of administrative rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Ensure arriving and departing staff are briefed on administrative procedures and requirements.
  5. Review internal control for compliance with UNICEF policies, systems and procedures, ensure accuracy, promptness and appropriateness of information. Ensure that table of authority is updated regularly and there are no conflicts in segregation of duties.
  6. Brief/train the staff on the application and interpretation of UN/UNICEF accounting and financial policies, regulations, procedures and delegation of authority.
  7. Manage the operation budget in close coordination with the Chief of Operations to ensure that objectives are realized for smooth operations of the Country Office/sub-office, where applicable. Prepare estimates on office premises, guesthouse expenses, admin supplies and equipment requirements and coordinate operations budget preparation purposes ensuring adequate support to zone offices.   8. Manage bank accounts in accordance with UN/UNICEF financial rules and regulations and local banking practices. Forecast liquidity and monitor the cash position. Supervise reconciliation of bank statements, keep abreast of all procedures and regulations regarding the maintenance of bank accounts, exchange and interest rates, etc. Responsible for the safekeeping of cash and cheques.
  9. Develop and maintain effective working relations with other agencies, local authorities and implementing partners relating to administrative and financial matters for enhancement of information exchange, collaboration and harmonization.
  10. Support the Inter-Agency Operations Management Team's approaches to enhancing UN common services to attain efficiencies and effectiveness. Represent UNICEF in the inter-agency Common Services Management Team and Inter-agency Budget Management Committee.
  11. Develop training programmes to enhance effective performance and efficiency in areas of admin and financial services. Organize innovative staff learning and development programme activities for staff capacity building. Provide coaching and counselling to the staff on performance enhancement/development.
  12. Coordinate with the Regional Office and HQ Divisions to support policy reform in the functional areas and make substantive recommendations on the improvement of systems and internal controls, planning, restructuring and resolution of sensitive issues.
  13. Manage and control assets (non-expendable properties), their utilization and disposal in accordance with IPSAS rules. Ensure the safekeeping, annual physical inventory, including cost analysis and recommends replacement/disposal of administrative equipment and supplies. Ensure appropriate follow-up and timely action on PSB decisions.
Qualifications of Successful Candidate
  • An advanced university degree (Master's) in Social Sciences, Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or a directly-related technical field(s) is required.
  • A valid professional certification (CA; CPA; etc.) from an accredited chartered accountancy institution, in conjunction with a relevant first-level (Bachelor's) university degree in a directly-related technical field (as identified above), may be taken in lieu of an advanced university degree.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, at the national and international levels, in finance, budget, accounting and/or administration is required.

General:
  • The intern will work under the direct supervision of the Leader, City Planning, Extension and Design Unit of the Urban Planning and Design Branch (UPDB) and assist in the development of the Urban Planning agenda activities in collaboration with other Units in in the Branch and, depending on the need, with other Branches in UN-HABITAT. The Intern will be involved in supporting the Branch activities, in particular:
  • The development of the normative outputs of the City Planning, Extension and Design Unit by assisting in analyzing planning projects, contributing to preparation of documents, preparation of presentations and other dissemination materials;
  • The implementation of field projects, by supporting Urban Planning projects of the City Planning, Extension and Design Unit in reviewing project reports, participating in briefing and assisting in project management;
  • The development of new activities by participating in identification activities and development of project proposals.
Specific Duties:
  • Assist in the definition and implementation of the Urban Planning and Design Branch outputs, such as urban planning methodology review, development of tools, documentation and evaluation of practices;

Background:
UNICEF as part of its overall mandate to promote child survival, advocates, mobilizes resources and builds capacity in government systems and communities to improve the health, nutrition and wellbeing of children and mothers and provide quality health services which are pivotal to addressing many underlying causes of neonatal, child and maternal mortality.
UNICEF is a core partner in implementing the Joint Health and Nutrition Programme (JHNP) which is a comprehensive multi-donor, multi-partner programme aimed at improving maternal and child health and reducing mortality, while strengthening the systems that support improved quality and access to health care. It is the flagship programme supporting the development of the Somali health sector.
In 2009, the zonal Ministries of Health (MOPH) along with UNICEF had developed a set of cost-effective and high impact interventions called the Essential Package of Health Services (EPHS) that would be available to all Somalis with special focus on those living in remote and underserved areas and is the prime mechanism for strategic service provision of public health services under JHNP.
The emphasis of the EPHS is to improve the quality of service provision and access to health services with a particular focus on maternal new born and child health, thereby contributing to Somalia health sector strategic plan.
Purpose:
The overall objective of the consultancy is to develop and strengthen EPHS monitoring and evaluation system in Somalia.
The Monitoring and Evaluation consultant will develop M&E framework, build capacity of UNICEF, health authorities, implementing partners and other stakeholders; and oversee all monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities in the EPHS Project, with an eye to meeting the performance-based target indicators set by EPHS and JHNP.
This consultancy will create linkages with M&E framework under development by WHO for JHNP as well as National Health Management Information System (HMIS).
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
Under the overall guidance of the Chief of Health and daily supervision of the Maternal & Child Health Specialist, the consultant will work in close collaboration with relevant Ministries, UNICEF zonal offices and relevant sections, UNFPA, WHO Somalia and other partners. The consultant will undertake the following key tasks as part of the overall assignment.
Tasks to be performed:
Develop monitoring and evaluation framework and standard M&E tools based on JHNP and EPHS result frameworks in close collaboration with UNICEF health/nutrition/wash sections, Global Fund/GMU and the M&E department of respective zonal health authorities.
The M&E framework should take into consideration existing HMIS systems and ensure cross linkages
Contribute to the development of M&E system and updating of the monitoring database which compiles data from the standard monitoring tools, which assist UNICEF in monitoring monthly progress based on performance-based target indicators set by EPHS and helps implementing NGOs to develop proper action plan for overcoming the findings.
Provide technical and operational support and guidance to key government and EPHS implementing partners and UNICEF zonal offices in performance monitoring, evaluation and reporting carried out in a timely manner, efficiently, rigorously and transparently in compliance with the established EPHS guidelines and procedures.
Conduct regular monitoring missions to EPHS districts (once per quarter), using Ministry of Health (MoH) standard monitoring tools with the Monitoring and Evaluation department, other relevant departments of the MoH, or independently to ensure that regular monitoring and supervision of NGOs’ service delivery activities take place in EPHS districts.
Provide assistance to EPHS implementing NGOs on the use of data from HMIS, standard MOH monitoring tools, interpreting data into actions and etc.
Provide necessary information, supported from different sources (HMIS, Score Card, or any adapted Quality Assurance tool, etc.) for EPHS contract performance improvement. This includes compiling data from the mentioned sources for routine and ad-hoc reports.
Provide quarterly reports based on review of UNICEF zonal staff monthly monitoring reports, NGOs’ quarterly technical reports, HMIS reports, identify existed discrepancies, analyse progress against output indicators and provide feedback to implementing NGOs and follow it up.
Recommend remedial actions to UNICEF and the MOH in keeping with signed Programme Cooperation Agreements (PCAs) against NGOs found not to be performing well or in breach of important EPHS, MOH policies or agreed activities in PCAs.
Provide evidence and data/statistics through conducting analysis to convince the MOH, UNICEF and other stakeholders to develop and/ or revise different parts of EPHS program policies and Strategies.

Time Frame and Remuneration
This consultancy will be for six months, and fees will be negotiated. Consultancy fee will be paid on submission of deliverables.
For non-residents in Kenya, USD 3,000 per month subsistence allowance (on prorated basis) will be paid irrespective of the consultant being in Nairobi or inside Somalia. During missions in Somalia, the consultant will get DSA as per current rules.
Qualification and Experience
Education:
Advanced university degree in public health, social sciences, statistics, planning development, and/or related field is required. Degree in epidemiology or biostatistics will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Essential:
Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) or equivalent degree from recognized University/College or equivalent experience; 5-7 years of work experience in multinationals or development projects with international organizations in M&E field preferably with significant experience in conflict and post-conflict countries;
Strong skills in designing, monitoring, and evaluating health interventions:
Experience in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with other organizations, governmental agencies, public and private sector organizations;
Good interpersonal and communication skills and very good analytical skills and solid experience with Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Office. Statistical analysis applications (SPSS, Stata) desired, but not required.
Knowledge and understanding of the UN system and capacity to promote consensus and establish positive working relationships.
Integrity, tact, discretion and demonstrated sensitivity to cultural differences.
Desirable:
Familiarity with the work of UN agencies in the area of health system strengthening.

Skills:
Strong skills in project management and ability to facilitate the involvement and collaboration of a broad range of external partners involved in the humanitarian response in the field of sexual and reproductive health.
Excellent coordination, communication, cross-cultural and negotiation skills; ability to convene and work with all relevant national and international stakeholders; ability to build, motivate and lead a team; gender sensitivity and understanding of cultural diversity issues; awareness of cultural and social factors particularly as related to the sexual and reproductive health situation; capacity to work under pressure and with a high degree of independence.
Conditions of Work
The consultant will be based in UNICEF Somalia Support Centre in Nairobi; however, planned field missions will be made into Somalia according to an agreed work plan to be developed at the beginning of the consultancy. This position does not support relocation expenses.

Organizational background
The World Food Programme Somalia activities include food assistance for nutrition, livelihoods, relief and emergency school feeding, while also supporting humanitarian air and logistics services, food security coordination and infrastructure rehabilitation projects.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the WFP Field Security Officer (FSO) and under the overall supervision of the Head of Area Office Bossaso, the incumbent undertakes the following responsibilities:
•    Assist in reviewing countrywide security situation on a daily basis and  provide preliminary analysis as required,
•    Day to day supervision of the guards and the government provided Special Protection Units (SPU),
•    Assist in maintaining the Security Plan up-to-date, including updating list of staff and eligible family members,
•    Contribute to the update of fire safety arrangements,
•    Maintain Minimum Operational Security Standards (MOSS) for equipment , assist in developing and implementing MOSS and ensuring that all WFP offices are compliant,
•    Monitor the security service of the  guards and ensure continuous coverage of security check points at all times,
•    Maintaining a weekly security  guard shift  and process  of overtime schedules,
•    Intervene personally to resolve problems or refer them immediately to the supervisor,
•    Instruct personnel in the performance of security services,
•    Maintain and ensure that security records are properly kept and updated,
•    Respond to personnel and telephone enquiries and provide appropriate information,
•    Supervise the issuance of building passes and issue building passes,
•    Prepare for the arrival of groups and special guests to WFP,
•    Investigate and provide report on all incidents that involve a breach of security procedures,
•    Report all suspicious activities threat or risk,
•    Liaise as necessary with the local administration, police authorities, fire services and other emergency services,
•    Supervise ,train and discipline  other security staff ,
•    Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Secondary school education supplemented by courses/diploma in security training and/or certified graduation from military/police academy.
Experience: Four years of security experience within a national/military police or a private security company.
Language: Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Somali is a requirement
Knowledge: Background directly related with security issues. Good political and social knowledge of the country. Training and/or practical experience in maintaining electronic security databases, using standard computer applications and operation of the automated alarm and video surveillance systems. Knowledge of how to operate metal detectors and other security equipment.

Supply Chain Officer - Procurement, Kenya

Based in Lodwar the position holder will coordinate the overall planning and organization of the functions of procurement (i.e. acquisition, transport, storage and control of equipment and materials) for efficient and effective support of program implementation for the Lodwar Program.
This position reports to the Deputy Field Coordinator
Key Tasks:
  • Oversee the receiving, storage and dispatching of supplies and project materials to the respective areas
  • Ensure effective and efficient logistics support for daily area operations including procurement and supplies, all being implemented in accordance within the policies and standards, as well as approved budgets
  • Participate in the tendering process including preparation of tender documents relating to construction materials and equipment
  • Prepare procurement plans in conjunction with relevant departments
  • Ensure that procurement status reports are up to date at all times and are shared appropriately
  • Oversee the warehouse operations to ensure stock security adherence to policies, process, procedure and guidelines
  • Ensure that all records including inventory lists of IRC items and equipment are updated and easily available to authorized users

Key Expected Results
