Customer Service Jobs in Kenya 2013.
The Embassy of Brazil is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Consular Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
(a) to respond to telephone and written inquiries from the public;
(b) to process applications for Brazilian passports and visas;
(c) to keep abreast of current and new regulations;
(d) to provide judicial assistance and other specialized consular work when required and during periods of absence of the Vice-Consul.
Key Qualifications:
(a) secondary school education certificate;
(b) professional experience in customer service;
(c) proficiency in both Portuguese and English (oral and written);
(d) computer and administrative skills.
