Our Client, a consumer catalog order and deliver provider for nonperishable and durable goods, operating in the peri-urban and rural villages of the developing world; seeks to recruit a self-driven individual to the position of Senior IT Manager.
Role Profile: The successful candidate will provide leadership to the IT team which works closely with all department leads to customize the company’s ERP to meet all business needs in what is a rapidly growing and evolving organization.
This is a hands-on dynamic and action packed role which will entail doing the following:
- Working with department leads to identify IT needs to ensure efficiency;
- Work with external and eventually internal teams to develop those solutions;
- Circle back to departments to effectively implement both the technology solution and its accompanying human element.
