Our client is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator
The responsibilities include:
- Attend to all telephone enquiries.
- Book all the orders received.
- Prepare dispatch documents; - Requisition Notes, Delivery Notes, and Invoices – approved by Accountant.
- Follow up of Orders from the Sales team in the field.
- Maintain and update Customers data base – regularly
- Aggressively Source for Sales / Orders / Tenders directly from the Market
- Participate in the Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Participate in the Systems Automation process
- Provide feedback information about customer queries to the management.
- Study Market trends and Market intelligence to counter competition.
