- Oversee the preparation of quotations and tendering
- Oversees the development of Bills of Quantities
- Prepare detailed budgets for the projects
- Prepare projects work plans
- Develops work methodologies for Lee Construction in line with International Standards
- Developing quality assurance and quality control policies and procedures
- coordinate the projects operations to ensure that the work is executed on time, budget, in accordance with the clients requirements and within company policies, procedures and standards
- Handle correspondence with clients
- Supervising the Site Agents and Production/Materials Engineer
