Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily site report.
- Supervising site personnel, sub-contractors and work assignments.
- Ordering materials onsite with approvals from Project Manager and following up on site materials deliveries.
- Delegating job assignments to site personnel.
- Monitoring the quality of work done.
- Link between client and project manager.
- Labour controls-Calculating daily casual wages and submitting the report to project manager.
- Ensure that projects equipment and all company resources allocated to the project are economically utilized.
- Tracking of machinery and equipment in, within site and out materials.
- Ensure casuals safety on site.
- Keep proper records of employee’s attendance on daily basis.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your superiors.
