- Understands the vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
- Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
