Job Title: Temporary Telesales Marketer
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Contract Period: 3 Months
Job Purpose: To make telephone sales on loans and other Sacco Products and services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for Sacco loans.
- Market and promote Sacco Loans and other products that meet client needs.
- Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to create customer satisfaction.
- Use social media platform and other mediums to promote Kimisitu Sacco products and services.
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and collateral evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans and offer financial advice to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
