Administrative Assistant (TEMEC)One (1) Position

Position Scope:

• Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective and efficient logistical and administrative support to the engineering service centre.

Admin Assistant Job Key Responsibilities

• Administering and overseeing the office requirements related to procurement and operations.
• Assisting with preparation of business presentations
• Assisting in planning, scheduling and organizing meetings.
• Designing, maintaining and archiving files.
• Interfacing with various departments to collect information and responding to requests.
• Compiling and distributing staff meeting minutes.Taking part in special projects as and when required.
• Attending to customer enquiries.

Qualifications for Admin Assistant Jobs in Kenya

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies: –

• A Bachelors degree in Secretarial studies.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of English language both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage own workflow.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
