County Engineer – Health. ‘Jg M’

Reporting to the Director of Medical Services the Officer will;

Specialise in technical planning for electrical systems and networks in the County Health Department.
Design and documentation of all County Health Electrical Engineering Works.
Routing and scheduled maintenance of County Health Electrical and Electronic Systems.
Training and Operation and Servicing of highly sensitive large electronic medical systems.
Research and development of scalable and futuristic medical innovative solutions.
Electrical load audit of various County Health facilities, power optimization and instrumentation procedures.
Managerial and supervisory skills on County Health Infrastructural Development projects.
Effective communication skills with solution based creative and critical thinking.
Technical advice on due diligence on county Health Projection.
County Health projects monitoring and progress reporting.

Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Training Experience in Engineering and Technical matters.
Knowledge of Electrical power systems.
Past experience in either practice or research in any modern digital electronic systems.
Undergone Job Training/Apprenticeship in a Teaching and Referral Hospital.
Proven record in projects, implementation and presentation skills.
Held leadership position in the past
