Kilimall islooking to recruit a mobile application developer to design, develop and implement an ecommerce android/IOS/windows mobile application according to user specifications

Application Developer Job Key Responsibilities

• Establish a detailed program specification through discussion with colleagues and understanding user end requirements
• Break down the program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language as well as devise possible solutions to anticipated program problems
• work as part of a team, which may be established purely for a particular project, to write a specific section of the program;
• combine all elements of the program design and testing it testing sample data-sets to check that output from the program works as intended;
• conducting testing and installing the program into production and react to problems and correct the program as necessary
• Constant evaluating and increasing the program’s effectiveness as well as adapting the program to new requirements as necessary;
• conducting user acceptance testing to ensure the program can be used easily, quickly and accurately
  updating, repairing, modifying and developing existing software and generic applications whenever necessary

Qualifications for Application Developer Jobs in Kenya

• A bachelor’s degree/diploma in information technology or Computer Science and relevant experience in mobile application development
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.
• Strong development skills in Android/IOS/Windows with previously developed mobile applications within the same already running
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; good team skills and able to work without supervision
• Cross platform capabilities between different mobile application platforms
