Kilimall is looking to recruit an outstanding and industrious individual with web programming skills and thorough abilities in designing, coding and modifying websites, from layouts to back-end functions and according to specifications using PHP, JavaScript, CSS and JavaScript.

Web Developer Job Key Responsibilities

• She/he should strive to create and improve the visual appeal of the siteand integrating functions and features that enhance the user-friendliness of the site as well as clear navigations.
• Constant integration of API’s and functions linking internal processes to website back-end systems
• The job involves regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as colleagues in defining scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems.
• The position requires constant communication with colleagues in gathering requirements and specifications for implementation
• Constant Web User Interface Design (UI) and implementation

Qualifications for Web Developer Jobs in Kenya

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology or Computer Science and relevant work experience in web development
• A diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in web development
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and the following programming languages HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, APIs and Object-Oriented Design
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; good team skills and able to work without supervision
