Invoicing Assistant Jobs at HotPoint Appliances in Kenya

Reporting to:Credit Control Manager
Job location:Nairobi
Invoicing Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Orders processed
- Keep track of every LPO and ensure that they are signed
- Record all phone orders in the register book
- All orders on account must pass through Credit Control for Air Con department, service centers, showroom and upcountry dealers.
- All cash account orders must have a cash account to pay form approved by the Credit Control Manager or
- Directors only without exceptions
- Any verbal orders from internal departments must be sent by email.
- Ensure all Credit Notes requisitions are processed accurately and within a short time daily
- Liaising with customers over the phone (be polite and customer focused)
- Dispatch of invoices to Messenger
- Liaising with internal departments at all times
- Alerting product Managers before stock out situations – moving stock from bonded warehouse
- Cross checking invoice references for Credit Notes.
Qualifications & Skills for Invoicing Jobs in Kenya
- Detail oriented
- 1-2 years of general Accounting
