Managing Sales Representatives
- Monitoring medical reps while in the market.
- Ensuring presence and accountability.
- Conducting weekly sales meetings in order for reps to present their work with a view to evaluating, assisting and monitoring the quality of presence in the market.
- Ensuring the sale is closed
- Reading and evaluating weekly sales reports with an aim to ensure, Reps are following correct course with each account
- Each account is being given adequate time
- Samples and follow up being done in an accurate and timely manner
- Each sales rep is putting in adequate time in the market, ensuring the key end user is being met
