Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Nairobi Administration Job in Kenya

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Nairobi seeks a suitable qualified Kenyan candidate for a role in the administration department.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Processing the necessary documents to facilitate arrival and departure of diplomatic staff
  • Supporting general administrative duties including procurement and scheduling
  • Drafting of relevant Note Verbales and other official documents for the Embassy
  • Facilitating communication between the Embassy, Government ministries, county governments and international organizations
  • Coordinating protocol on behalf of diplomatic staff and Embassy guests
  • Conducting research on important economic, political and social issues
  • Consular and any other administrative work as may be required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, international studies, law or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
