3. Special Assistant To Chief, OED– Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in public or business administration, law, international relations, political sciences or related area

4. Director, Management and Operations Division– Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Social Sciences, Public Business Administration and Management, Accounting or Finance or related field.
