- Ensure that company records are maintained for use by internal and external auditors.
- Preparation of management payroll.
- Ensure timely renewal of trade licences as required by Law.
- Management of staff.
- Management of staff Group Life Assurance Scheme.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and timely submission.
- Review and ensure financial management reports are done.
- Checking all payments before submission for approval.
- Checking creditors reconciliation.
- Co-ordinating section to ensure work is done effectively and efficiently.
- Assist in budget preparations.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors.
