Our client in real estate is urgently recruiting for the above mentioned position. The ideal candidate must have been in real estate industry for more than 3 years.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• University graduate.
• Preference will be given to applicants with shopping mall experience.

Duties & Responsibilities for Real Estate Agent Jobs In Kenya

• Facilitating sales of the assigned leasing spaces in specific retail areas.
• Organizing site visits with prospective tenants.
• Identifying target tenants, contacting/visiting/calling them appropriately.
• Appraisal of application forms and liaising with applicants on the same to ensure that all requirements are met.
• Preparation of heads of terms for successful applicants and liaising with them in order to achieve a timely execution.
• Liaising with Landlord’s Lawyers on preparation of lease document and ensure that tenant executes correctly.
• Prepare weekly progress reports; site visit reports.
• Coordinate with tenant and managing agent with regard to tenant’s fit-out works.
• Maintain positive relationships and coordinate with team, company’s clients, tenants, and prospect tenants, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
• Handling random space enquiries.
• Updating of schedules – lease tracking.
• Working on cash flows, rental analysis and discussing same with supervisor.
• Provision of administrative support including scheduling meetings.

Duty station: Nairobi.

Anticipated start date: Immediately.
