East African Data Handlers is looking for ideal candidates to fill in these positions in our Nairobi Office.

As part of the Organization Strategy, the Product Manager must be passionate and experienced in product management, with the ability to discover a products value, use and feasibility.

Playing a key role in driving the company’s organizational alignment, engagement and performance management, you are required to collaborate with colleagues across the organization to seek answers to core strategic issues and facilitate the development of our organizational capabilities and intangible assets.

Product Manager Job Capabilities:

• Reporting to the General Manager, the Product Manager should have the below expertise as career building blocks.
  Business: ability to focus on maximizing business value from a product to achieve the optimal business goals while maximizing the return on investment.
• Technology: be conversant with the current technology in the market and guide in making crucial decisions in choosing and application of technology.
• User experience: being the voice of the user in the business and the glue that sticks them together, the Product Manager should show passion on the user experience, being out there when the product is being tested in order to get feedback fast hand.

Requirements for Product Manager Kenyan Jobs

• A degree in IT from a recognized university
• Minimum 3 years working experience in an IT industry dealing with data backups.
• Experience in sales of IT related products.
• Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies specifically in the service industry
• A team player with good organizational skills, God fearing with high level of integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Product Manager Mobile software/Internet Marketing
• A degree in IT from a recognized University will be an added advantage
• Experience in web design and SEO
• Experience in PHP/ MySQL, XML, CSS, Javascript and related technologies – jQuery, Ajax
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Joomla/ WordPress, experience in any other CMS platforms will be added advantage.
• Experience in mobile application sales, internet marketing and content production
• Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills.
• Strong planning, team building and organization skills
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies specifically in the service industry
