No. of Posts: 56 (To be distributed in all counties)

Reporting to the Field Supervisor, the Field Interviewers are the key personnel
in the data collection exercise.

Field Interviewer Job Responsibilities

• Locating sampled households with the assistance of the supervisor
• Conducting the interviews to the targeted respondents and completing the
  questionnaire(s)
• checking the completed questionnaires to ensure that all questions were
  asked and responses neatly and legibly recorded
• Arranging for interviews and callbacks
• Maintaining confidentiality of the interviews and the data collected
• Locating survey materials and equipment
• Preparing debriefing notes for the supervisor

Qualifications For Field Interviewer Jobs In Kenya

• Must be a Kenyan citizen
• Should have completed at least secondary level of education, with a minimum of C+ (Plus) or its equivalent.
• Must have scored a minimum of C+ (plus) in Mathematics and English in KCSE
• Must be residents of the county they will be assigned to work
• Must be conversant with the main local language/dialect of the area of work
• Should possess good communication skills g) Should be a team player
• Must be physically fit and able to walk in difficult terrains
• Ready to work for long hours including weekends
• Must be available for a period of an uninterrupted 8 months from the date of recruitment
