Position: Operations Manager

Kilimall International Ltd is seeking to fill the position of Operations Manager.

Operations Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day security operations of, Supervision and allocation of duties as required at the Client Sites.
• Oversee Booking and deliveries and in collaboration with liaising with care team.
• Responsible of all of our Flash Sales and creation of Newsletters Review and support all promotions and provide input and suggestions
• Responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day team effort of Supervisors, customer care team and other assigned personnel to ensure that services are delivered in a quality and cost effective manner.
• Design, develop, implement, and facilitate all elements of the entertainment plans

Qualifications & Skills for Operations Manager Jobs in Kenya

• Degree in business management, administration or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar role
• Strong and effective communication and Marketing  skills
• Strong planning, management and coordination skills, with the ability to organize a substantial
• workload comprised of complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities.
• Achieving results effectively
• Accountability – ensure efficient and transparent use of resources in line with Kilimall policies and procedures
• Addresses difficult situations and makes tough decisions confidently and calmly
• Maintains focus on delivery of timely and appropriate results using available resources; identifies and acts on issues and problems in area of responsibility
• Office software skills
• Keen with details.
• Ability to team work.
• Passionate with the E-commerce industry.
