Data Clerk Job Opportunities in Kenya
The job holder will enter new and updated customer and account information.
Kindly note that this is a 2-months’ temporary assignment.
Data Clerk Job Main Responsibilities
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Verify data and correct data where necessary
- Check completed work for accuracy
- File completed documents in designated locations
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Core Competencies
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Good Maths and English Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- An understanding of data confidentiality issues
- Ability to work quickly and accurately and attention to detail
Qualification Requirements for Data Clerk Jobs in Kenya
- Formal computer training
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
