We are a blue chip Company, a leader in the broadcast media sector. Due to expansion and growth, the following position has arisen in our organization:
Credit Controller

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Finance Manager the candidate, will be responsible for accounts reconciliations and smooth billing in the system. The candidate will be a dynamic, team player and result oriented professional possessing integrity, good interpersonal and communication skills. The person should have the ability to cope with pressure and be flexible.

Credit Controller Job Responsibilities

• Credit control and reconciliation of accounts.
• Proactive use of credit control reports.
• Provide support to the operations department.
• Provide support to agents.
• Review and reconciliation of direct sales and installers/agency accounts.
• Responsible for and supervision for all modes of payments.
• Customer support for the payment modes.
• Debt collection and manage debtors books.
• Delegation to and supervision of assistant credit controllers.
• Arrears management.
• Compile monthly reports.
• Prepare Manual invoices.
• Disconnect / Reconnect accounts.
• Any other tasks that might be assigned by your Manager.

Qualifications For Credit Controller Jobs In Kenya

• University degree in business related field.
• Qualified Accountant (CPA (K), ACCA , or equivalent) are a mandatory requirement
• High degree of proficiency in computer applications for accounting and finance knowledge.
• Computer skills.
