A Cooperative Society with its Headquarters in Nairobi seeks to recruit a manager.
Qualifications For Manager Jobs In Kenya
- The candidate should be between 28 and 40 years old and MUST possess the following;
- Bachelors degree either in finance, accounting, business management or economics.
- Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K)
- Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK)
- Diploma in cooperative management is an added advantage.
- Computer proficiency in spreadsheet and database management programs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Three(3) years experience in a managerial position.
Manager Job Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the affairs of the society and supervision of staff.
- Designing and maintenance of appropriate membership,financial and accounting systems and procedures.
- Maintenance of Data.
- Preparation of financial/accounting and management reports.
- Organizing meetings in conjunction with the Hon Secretary and ensuring implementation of resolutions taken in meetings.
- Any other duties assigned by the CMC.
