Barman Job Responsibilities
- Mix drinks cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with the restaurant standards
- Collect payments for drinks served and balance all receipts
- Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing drinks and serving guest, prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- check identification of guests to verify age requirement for purchase of alcohol
Requirements for Barman Jobs in Kenya
- Must have relevant technical qualification and experience
- Previous bartending
- Previous bartending experience require- minimum – 2 years
- medical certificate
- Holder of a certificate or above in Hotel Management or any other relevant training.
