Our Client a leading regional provider of Fleet Management and Vehicle Tracking Solutions based in Tanzania.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to take up the position of IT Manager.
The incumbent will be tasked with a duty to manage the IT Department to ensure best industry standards and practices are maintained at all times.

- Management of Fleet Management and Vehicle Tracking System Software and Servers
- Manage the IT Department on a day to day basis and motivate team to work in the most efficient manner
- Be on the forefront of emerging industry practices.
- IT Policy, Strategy, Procedures and Controls Development and Formulation
- Holds regular meetings with IT team and effectively manages these sessions.
- Inspires colleagues to attain goals and pursue excellence.
- Ensuring adherence to company backup and disaster recovery plan
