Responsibilities
- Confers with customers, dealers, CIC team to obtain descriptions of appliance problems and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements from respective branches and customers.
- Diagnoses issues for HA appliances brought to the service center.
- Performs basic and minor repairs as required
- Communicates with the technical supervisor if additional work is needed on an appliance or if repairs will not be completed on time so that customers can be informed
