Training Administrator
Department: Human Resources Development
Reports To: Human Resources Development Manager
Purpose: Provide an effective administrative and secretarial support to the training & development department and the training instructors.
Professional Qualifications, Job experience & Skills requirement
- Maintaining accurate training records- both paper and I.T systems.
- Support the training department in the full range of training activities – training room set-ups, provision of training materials etc.
- Facilitate good and effective communication with other departments and institutions
- Issue logs and record all appraisal documentations on annual basis-ensure that the training activity is extracted in order to plan training and development activities.
- Prepare periodical reports and statistics of all training activities.
- Prepare and ensure adherence to training budgets
