Vacancy: Retail Finance Manager 

Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Finance will be responsible for the functions of Finance Department to ensure implementation of sound accounting, financial management and control systems.

Finance Job Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining an efficient financial management, organizational governance and administration system in accordance with the financial procedures of the company and International Accounting Standards and best management practice;
• Advising the CFO and other key members of senior management on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters;
• Ensuring effective and timely financial management on all company matters; and reporting in accordance with laid down guidelines across all branches;
• Developing, administering and monitoring the company budget and work plan in accordance with the company’s financial management procedures in consultation with departmental heads;
