- Arranging and allocation of Man & Material according to the load and capability.
- Responsible for Hygiene / Cleaning Team and monitor them on regular basis.
- Monitoring / Controlling of Raw Material uses.
- Effective communication and report writing skills.
- Maintaining MIS & Record Keeping.
- Inventory planning for smooth and hindered production.
- Coaching / Training of Pet Packer / Cleaners on uses of Materials etc.
- Must be good and timely communicate related issued to the Concerned Departments.
- Must Focus on Waste Management.
- Shift Change over- Shift Planning, Machine Allocation, Security Screening etc.
- Issuance of Packing Material.
- Taking care of Lights and accidents etc in the plant.
- Ensuring Quality Packing- Palleting, Reporting, Quality Stickers etc.
