- Organize and manage the process of production ensuring that the highest levels of HACCP hygiene and food safety standards are adhered to.
- Coordinate production of farm produce
- Coordinate and Plan planting calendars, in liaison with farmers on the production and supply of fresh produce to the park house,
- Supervise the production and operation teams at the packhouse
- Coordinate deliveries to the market
- Look out for new markets and actively be in charge of business development
- Overall management of all the operations of the park house and reporting directly to the Directors.
