- Allocation of all receipts and payments.
- Reconciling individual debtors’ accounts and debtors control accounts within the agreed deadlines.
- Preparing monthly management reports on debtors’ position and preparing various analytical reports on a monthly and on ad hoc basis.
- Reconciling premium and loss portfolio accounts.
- Ensuring that data is correctly captured in the technical and financial systems.
- Preparing the required debtors returns for submission to Insurance Regulatory Authority.
