The Job: The HR Officer, Outsourcing will be responsible for supporting the Director, Outsourcing Division in planning for client specific projects by ensuring client needs, service package and service level standards are clearly defined and a sound implementation, performance monitoring and reporting framework are in place.
Key job roles
- Support Director, HR Outsourcing in carrying out research on outsourced HR Outsourced Service products and best practices.
- To be the business development advisor in selected sectors to ensure Career Option’s range of HR outsourced services remain innovative, need based and unique.
