Vacancy: Front Office Administrator
 
We seek to recruit a smart and very presentable individual to manage our front office. 

The ideal candidate will manage all front office services and should have very good communication skills. 

They should be confident, presentable and be able to easily engage comfortably with staff and visitors at all levels.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Screen and direct calls
  • Receive and deliver messages as necessary
  • provide information to callers
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors and project a mature, warm and  friendly image direct visitors as necessary
  • Manage queries from visitors to the office
