Chief Executive Officer Required
A Kenyan financial institution with branches in five counties is in the process of expanding its operations to other parts of Kenya and is therefore looking for a visionary, talented, entrepreneurial and performance driven Kenyan of high integrity to move the institution to the next level.
The appointment to the position of CEO is subject to vetting and approval of the candidate by the Central Bank of Kenya.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate’s role will include but not be limited to:-
- Providing the overall leadership and direction of the business
- Ensuring profitable growth of the business.
- Implementation of the Board’s Policy decisions promptly and efficiently to achieve the agreed performance targets.
- Recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating staff to achieve the required results.
