Purpose of the Position: Facilitate cost-effective and sustainable agroforestry support services to the people living in the project area to increase success and value addition opportunities for beneficiaries’ improved nutritional and income levels.

Participate in long-term planning to increase farmer outputs and their formation of farmer Apex Organizations (C.B.O’s, Associations & Cooperations).
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Agribusiness Development
- Undertake participatory assessments to identify the stage of individuals and groups vis-à-vis their various agroforestry activities; and liaise with the supervisor to map out training for various cohorts.
- Participate in organizing, coordinating and co-facilitating agroforestry trainings for individuals / groups in the grant.
