Job Title: Admin & Operations Coordinator
Location: Nairobi office with frequent travels within East Africa
Position involves:
- Creating staffing Schedules for all East Africa camps;
- Recruitment and selection;
- Assist with creating policies, manuals and SOP’s;
- General Administrative roles;
- Quality control
- Operations and HR;
- Inventory management;
- Travelling within East Africa among other roles.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and Interpersonal / oral / written skills.
- Strong communication skills.
