Purpose of the Post: Under the guidance of the Chief Planning, the Monitoring Officer is accountable for the accomplishment of the stated key end-results by providing professional expertise and assistance in information/data collection, statistics and data analysis, programme monitoring, preparation of monitoring and reporting tools and templates as well as specific reports, communication and partnerships, and in implementing capacity building programmes for national and sub-national data collection, monitoring, evaluation and research with a focus on child rights.
