Our client is actively involved in the Modern Retail and Traditional Retail Trade for FMCG, Electronics and other industries. With an extensive team spanning the region, their selling solutions are delivered through merchandising forces, field sales forces and/or retail consulting services. They seek to hire a sales supervisor.

Sales Supervisor Job Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Manage Field teams deliverables
• Business, Field Intelligence gathering
• Implement programs and initiatives for client
• Key route, Trade visit and Engagement delivery
• Achieve client group sales

HR Management

• Optimize Human Potential
• Recruitment, Performance Reviews and HR management
• Budgeting & Spend
• Achieving profitability per project
• Developing project budgets and following through with clients
• Ensuring spend within budget and project scope
• Control expenses against budget
• Report spend activity

Administration

• Asset control, placement and management
• Client Relationship management
• Report and present to client/BTL management on project performance

Key Qualifications For Sales Supervisor Jobs in Kenya

• Graduate degree
• Minimum 5 years work experience (managing people at preferably a similar level)
• Minimum 30 years.
• Strong hands-on field management experience is a must
• Ability to report independently to senior management is a must
• A natural extrovert is a positive
