Our client is on the construction industry currently recruiting a Sales and Marketing Officer.

Summary:

• Sale of construction consumables and support of the Company’s marketing strategies

Sales Job Duties and Responsibilities

The duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Sale of construction consumables
• Management of debtors and payment follow up
• Management of external vendors as appropriate.
• Confirmation of material deliveries
• Planning and research on pricing, competition, marketing research and client preferences.
• Tender pricing and estimations
• Acquisition of tender documents from relevant publics
• Coordination of marketing correspondences and support of marketing strategies in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Performing related work as assigned

Requirements for Sales Jobs in Kenya

• Team player
• Ability to determine work priorities
• Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions
• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to interpret and apply complex rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ability to work under extreme pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a bias in Marketing OR a related degree
• Knowledge of Computer Software Programs
• Over 3 years’ Marketing experience
• Experience in the Construction industry preferable but not required

Salary: Negotiable
