Our client is a motorcycle manufacturing company based in Nairobi. They seek to hire a diligent, keen and aggressive PR & Marketing Manager to support the sales team in carrying out market research, formulation of sales and marketing literature, organizing of events and carrying out sales campaigns.

PR & Marketing Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Coming up with creative marketing proposals and ideas
• Coordinate and supervise the production of marketing material from suppliers
• Maintain an accurate database of all customers and create platforms for reaching them during sales and service campaigns
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
• Follow up on logistics of events like dealer opening/sales Meetings, seminars, exhibitions and trade shows, test rides
• Act as liaison between the company and the advertising agencies, print suppliers and the various marketing services
• Create sales and marketing literature
• Organize sales and marketing campaigns

Key Requirements for PR & Marketing Jobs in Kenya

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• At least three years experience in a related field
• Understanding of the automotive market will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in ICT
• Posses high sense of integrity and confidentiality
• Pleasant personality, self-driven and able to work under minimum supervision
