Kevin Oware* is a depressed man. He has been working in an IT Company for almost a year. According to him, he has been enduring months of abuse from his supervisor whom he reported to the HR but things did not turn up as he expected.

Why I Regret Reporting My Supervisor To The HR
“I have a bad supervisor. She’s a bully, constantly screaming at me, calling me an incompetent worker and blaming me for her mistakes in front of our department.
After 6 months of enduring her harassment and bullying, I politely requested a meeting to talk with her openly about her attitude towards me. She declined and dismissed me.
When enough was enough, I filed a grievance with my HR department the following week after she claimed that I was not the right person for the job.
The HR Manager called us into his office for mediation but she turned the accusations against me. She claimed I was attacking her, ambushing her, and making her look like a bad person. The manager said that he would conduct a full investigation of my claims and requested for the matter to remain confidential.
Later on, I found out that she has been badmouthing me telling my colleagues that Iam a backstabber who likes reporting every small issue to the HR. It turns out that some of my colleagues are on her side and are starting to act cold towards me.
I also complained about this to the HR and he promised to investigate the matter. I feel demoralized and disrespected. It has been 4 weeks now and the HR is yet to brief us on the “investigation” he claimed to conduct
How should I address the situation? Please help”
