Welder Job Responsibilities

• Carry out welding of doors, gates, pipes and any other items as may be required.
• Maintain and repair welding works and carry out modifications, improvements and new installation work in township as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of proficiency in own skill area and extend this to other relevant areas.
• Comply with technical and SHE standards, regulations and procedures to ensure that best practice is maintained in all engineering work.
• Plan and prepare for engineering work so that such work may be carried out in the most timely and effective way.

Minimum qualifications and experience for Welder Jobs in Kenya

• Certificate/OND in Welding and Fabrication.
• Be computer, literate.
• Be a team player and have good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Welding skills and use of Arc welding machines.
• Excellent safety, health and environmental standards awareness especially in operating welding equipment’s.
• Minimum of 3yrs experience.
