Plumber Job Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis in order to minimize breakdown and maintenance cost of all plumbing works.
• Maintain, overhaul and repair pipes and carry out modifications, improvements and installation plumbing work as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of proficiency in own skill area and extend this to other relevant areas.
• Comply with technical and SHE standards, regulations and procedures to ensure that best practice is maintained in all engineering work.
• Plan and prepare for pipe burst work so that such work may be carried out in the most timely and effective way.
• Carry out routine inspections on all plumbing installations both in township and Ash Plant.

Minimum qualifications and experience for Plumber Kenyan Jobs

• Certificate/OND in Plumbing Works.
• Be computer, literate.
• Be a team player and have good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of good plumbing skills and use of PPR pipes.
• Excellent safety, health and environmental standards awareness especially in Water treatment works.
• Minimum of 3yrs experience
