Qualifications for Cost Controller Jobs in Kenya
- Should be an accountant with at least cpa part 2, having worked in hotel industry for more than 5 years in managing food & beverage cost. Well versed with hotel set ups and areas of food and beverage controls.
- or having hotel management certificate with robust in food and beverage control mechanisms.
- Must be fluent in the English language in spoken and written form
- Must have good knowledge of food and beverage items, consumable items.
- Must be knowledgeable in checking quality of goods and in working with supply schedule
