Our client is one of the leading producers of FMCG. They produce quality branded tomato sauce, chilli sauce, fruit jam, fruit juice and bottled mineral water. It has an over 30 year’s reputation whose products have been well received locally and internationally within the COMESA markets. They are looking for a finance admin assistant to join their team

Job Purpose

• To assist with the day to day administration for an investment management team, and provide support to senior staff dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team.
• Providing support to help achieve team targets.
• Working within the Investment Management team structure.

Finance Admin Assistant Job Responsibilities

• Preparation and processing of new client forms and amendments
• Monitoring of transfers of assets/cash to and from other institutions
• Communicating with Financial Advisers and clients
• Monitoring fees
• Processing of payments to intermediaries
• Liaising with operations department
• Ensuring client reviews are recorded correctly on systems
• General record keeping and electronic filing
• Using MS Excel to work with data
• Producing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Portfolio administration under supervision
• To assist team members as required
• To gain an understanding of financial markets
• To develop investment knowledge
• Use of CMS to assist with Client Reviews Assist with business planning activities including

Qualifications For Finance Admin Assistant Jobs In Kenya

• BCOM finance and CPA 2
• Candidate must have a finance and corporate background and have a professional attitude!!
• A flexible approach and the ability to work with others in an often dynamic environment is key to enjoying the role.
• Competent at preparing written material, compiling reports.
• Previous admin experience is essential additional training will be provided.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Access/Outlook preferred.
