The Facility Administrator will be in charge of setting up administrative offices in various counties.
Facilities Administrator Job Responsibilities
- Establish rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
- Attract tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
- Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
- Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures
- Maintaining service contracts for equipment and other services.
- Maintaining standard practices in the administration procedures.
- Maintaining a an updated asset inventory
- Maintaining work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Establishing orientation and induction programs for new staff.
Qualifications for Facilities Admin Kenyan Jobs
- Diploma in Business Administration/project management
- 1 year experience in facility management
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- At least 35 years old
