Facility Administrator Jobs at Frank Management, Kenya

The Facility Administrator will be in charge of setting up administrative offices in various counties.

Facilities Administrator Job Responsibilities

  • Establish rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
  • Attract tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
  • Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
  • Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures
  • Maintaining service contracts for equipment and other services.
  • Maintaining standard practices in the administration procedures.
  • Maintaining a an updated asset inventory
  • Maintaining work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Establishing orientation and induction programs for new staff.

Qualifications for Facilities Admin Kenyan Jobs

  • Diploma in Business Administration/project management
  • 1 year experience in facility management
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • At least 35 years old
