The Branch Manager will be in charge of setting up of new administrative offices in various counties .
Branch Manager Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining accountability to administrative policies and procedures
- Providing other administrative and office management support as needed
- Manage and implement branch activities
- Ensured branch operations quality and expansion as well good partner relations
- Tasks and functions related to efficiency and control of resources.
- Responsible for the procurement of equipment and supplies for the organization.
- Maintaining service contracts for equipment and other services.
- Preparation of administration budget
- Maintaining a an updated asset inventory
- Maintaining work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Establishing orientation and induction programs for new staff.
Qualifications For Branch Manager Jobs In Kenya
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration
- At least 1 year experience in Branch Operations and Administration
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
