Client Profile: As a member of the Company’s management team, the holder of this position shall be responsible for Medical Operational efficiencies in order to ensure a competitive advantage for the company.
He/she will also provide decision support on operational matters to the Managing Director.

- Review and Develop the Division Operations strategy; a robust Reinsurance Program for the Medical Division, while setting and monitoring the divisions operations budgets;
- Oversee and enhance operational efficiency for the Underwriting, Claims, Product Development, Customer Service and Premium Processing functions;
