Our Client is is currently looking for a HR Clerk.
The Human Resources Intern provides general clerical and administrative support for the HR department
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Timekeeping system management
- Assist with various administration roles
- Manage the unskilled staff of the institution
- Assist with Termination process/procedure
- Ensure Employee Record keeping accuracy
- Distribute Employee Handbook to new hires and track acknowledgements
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry
- Miscellaneous projects/duties as assigned
Minimum of one-year Human Resources experience preferred
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
